This week the FWC issued the first Order to Stop Bullying, determined who was a constitutionally covered corporation and signalled its intention to hear whether unions can lodge bullying claims on behalf of workers.

The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has rejected an unfair dismissal application by a forklift operator after it found he was terminated for abusing his supervisors. Mr Aiono-Yandall was terminated by Linfox Australia when he became abusive towards his supervisors during a disciplinary interview.
